We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our party styling services. If you have concerns about any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.
Service Cancellation
Cancellation terms for peacefulnncandle services:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or letter
- More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus administrative fee
- 15-30 days before event: 50% refund of total service cost
- Less than 15 days before event: No refund available
- Day of event: No refund or rescheduling available
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your event:
- Contact Peacefulnncandle as soon as possible
- Rescheduling more than 30 days in advance: No additional fee
- Rescheduling 15-30 days in advance: Small rescheduling fee may apply
- Rescheduling less than 15 days in advance: Subject to availability and fees
- New date must be within 6 months of original date
Service Issues
If you experience any issues with our party styling services:
- Notify us immediately during or after your event
- Provide specific details about the concern
- Allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue
- We will work with you to find a fair solution
Peacefulnncandle takes all service concerns seriously and will investigate each case individually to determine appropriate resolution.
Refund Processing
When refunds are approved:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time depends on your financial institution
- You will receive confirmation once refund is processed
Force Majeure
In cases of events beyond our control including severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies:
- Peacefulnncandle will work with you to reschedule
- Full refund or credit toward future services will be provided
- We recommend event insurance for additional protection
Deposits
Deposit information:
- Deposits are required to secure your booking
- Deposits are non-refundable within 15 days of event
- Deposits are applied to your final service cost
- Deposit amount varies based on service package

If you are not satisfied with our resolution of a service issue, we encourage open communication. Contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will work in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
